Privatisations

These may involve takeovers with a general offer or a whitewash under the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers, privatisation by members’ scheme of arrangement or compulsory acquisition, or creditors’ scheme of arrangement. Derek Tsang is a China Appointed Attesting Officer based in Hong Kong. He provides China attestation services to corporate and individual clients relating to the certification of corporate status and documents, signing of documents, individual status and testamentary declaration.
