Meet Derek
 

Derek Tsang is a corporate finance lawyer with almost 30 years of experience in corporate finance and commercial legal affairs involving the listings of companies on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, mergers and acquisitions, rights issues, open offers, share placements, spin-offs, takeovers of listed companies, privatisation, capital reduction, issuing of convertible securities, debt restructurings, and compliance and licensing matters in respect of securities laws and regulations.

Derek is also a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder.  He uses his legal, accounting, and financial knowledge to the benefit of his clients.

Derek is a China Appointed Attesting Officer. He speaks fluent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
