About Us

Derek Tsang Law Office (DT Law) was established in 2018 in Hong Kong and specialises in corporate and securities legal services.
 
Prior to founding DT Law, Derek Tsang worked with several reputable international law firms from 1995 to 2018, including Baker & McKenzie, Herbert Smith Freehills, Mayer Brown (formerly Johnson Stokes & Master), and Sidley Austin.
 
The mission of DT Law is to create a “win-win-win” platform for all the stakeholders of the firm (namely clients, employees, and founder/owner) where a mutually beneficial relationship can be developed that allows all parties to effectively pursue and reach their desired goals.  To make this possible, Derek always strives to provide personal care and attention to all his clients’ needs. In addition, Derek has successfully fostered and maintained an amiable and supportive work environment at DT Law where lawyers and support staff deliver proactive, precise and prompt legal advice to clients while developing a promising career in the area of corporate finance.
